FAQs

Got a question? I'm here to help.

  • What happens if I get in touch?

Once you have contacted me, we will set up an initial meeting which is either on the phone, online or face-to-face. This is a 30 minute, no obligation, free meeting. This time gives you the space to ask any questions and for me to gain a better understanding of why you're coming in to counselling. After this, if you agree you wish to go ahead, we will schedule a first full payable session where we can establish a contract and way or working.

  • How much do sessions cost?

Each session costs £50 and lasts one hour. Payment is required prior to the session taking place.

  • Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held from a private therapy room on the outskirts of Tavistock, Devon. The space is a purpose built therapy space. It has access to toilet facilities and can be made disabled friendly but advance warning would be needed to ensure this accessibility is provided.

  • What ages do you work with?

My counselling sessions are specificlaly for 12-25-year-olds and I am unable to offer sessions to anyone outside of this age range.

  • How long does therapy last?

As long as you need it to. Being a private practitioner allows me to offer long term support to my clients. We will agree a structure around how long is suitable for you to engage and review this regularly to ensure your needs are being met.
